We identify, train, and support extraordinary Progressive women Democrats who are ready to run in red and purple districts where traditional party structures have failed to invest. These women—deeply connected to their communities and driven by progressive values—represent the future of Democratic politics.
The 2-day, in-depth training is free of charge to our trainees.

Welead OC doesn't just prepare candidates for election day. We build a comprehensive ecosystem of support:
